I'd say it's inconclusive. The grizzly bear can flip over or crush the saltie on land but in the water it's just going to rip the bear apart.

If Croc has access to water for ambush or gets ahold of the bear in a good way, it will win. Only way i see bear winning this is if he jumps on croc's back and doesn't allow Croc to bite.
