In terms of raw AP, Peter’s undisputedly the strongest among SD Spider-Men. However, I think Miguel’s speed amping techniques and Time Manipulation would be too much for Ultimate to deal with, even with the equalization of speed. Miguel’s Accelerated Vision already let’s him blitz people who would be faster than his base
