So all Curse users should have access to Low-Mid Regeneration because of the fact that Averill was able to create a new arm for himself right after obtaining his Curse, which saved his life. This is not shown in-game since Arcane Adventures wasn't completed, but it is shown in the official lore document by both of the game's writers.
