Thanos with Infinite gauntlet. Total stomp

By looking there pages they are both 2-C at max but thanos with the gauntlet has more and better hax at his disposal so my vote is for thanos
Also thanos is regular 2-C while Apocalypse is a low 2-C i know not much of a difference but when dealing with higher concept of time and space the manipulation of multi-dimmensional space -time a little goes a long way

Imma speak strictly for marvel verse tiering now,thanos for all intents and purposes is basically space apocalypse,apoc is primarily dealt with just xmen when he appears,whereas when thanos appears,it's practically the whole earth 616 heroes fighting him. as for the battle,Thanos wins this handily.
