Odin should definitely get downgraded to planet level. There are too many, and I mean wayyyy too many anti feats to still hold the Low 2-C position.

We're not downgrading him to below Thor

Either way, if Thanos is not getting a higher tier because "less consistent", Odin is in a far worse state.

You can’t honestly think Odin’s gonna get downgraded just because you say he should be.

And that’s aside from the fact that it’s derailing.

Odin did not display anywhere near his full scale of power during the fight, as he did during the fight against Seth, for example, and Starlin explicitly considers Odin and Galactus to be roughly comparable, with Galactus possible to almost kill by a planetary collission and nuclear arsenal, and being outclassed by an at best universal entity in his stories.

Odin also has several explicit feats of a tier 2 scale, whereas Thanos has never exceeded tier 4 in this regard.

Look, Starlin fights are not reliable to scale from. Again, he seems to consider Odin and Galactus tier 5-A at the very best, and the Silver Surfer had to power up to an extreme degree just to shatter a moon during his Infinity Crusade crossover.

Also, Starlin writes the Living Tribunal as Low 2-C and Above-Al-Others as 2-A, just f.y.i., so again, he has his own different powerscaling cosmology.

I know. I don't agree with Low 2C or even 3C Thanos, just it will be more accurate to downgrade Odin too to be more consistent. Because right now its missing tons of his feats from modern era.

Modern Odin would just be another key, it wouldn’t downgrade him.

Well, modern Odin does legitimately have some high feats, such as preventing Yggdrasil from being destroyed by Surtur.
