Three Textbook Nerds suddenly and randomly gain powers from some random bored God and each power is based on there passions



Astrology Nerd (Astro):
Astro gains the power of Spatial Manipulation which he can use for three specific applications.


1. Self-Levitation: He can float in and through the air but his movements are Linear and lacks flexibility and maneuverability and he can float as high as 10m of the ground and while levitating, his movement speed becomes 2x faster. The drawback to this is that he can only stay levitated for 5 mins, after which he'll need a minutes cool down time before he can levitate again.
2. Teleportation: He can utilize thought based teleportation which activates and executes at infinite speeds (zero seconds) but his range his limited to a 1km radius and he can only teleport once every 5 seconds. He can do a 5 second charge to Teleport Anywhere within a 10Km, but won't be able to utilize any of his Teleportation for 25 secs afterwards.
3. BFR Wormhole: He can create an instant-win high gravitation wormhole, that will pull in the and consume the entire battle area and warp everything except himself into the far reaches of the vacuum of space, however this takes a full minute to create and during this time he his completely still and unable to move and also the moment he attempts this the other competitors will pick up on it as well as this ability creates non harmful spatial distortions throughout the battle area which leads to his current location.

His equipment is a spatial sword, that can generate spatial energy sword slicing waves that can and will phase and cut through any solid object. The travel speed of these sword slicing waves are are also 2x faster than Astro's movement speed and the range of these sword attacks can reach up to Tens of Meters. The drawback is after 100 uses, the sword will break.



Historian Nerd (Story):
Story gains the power of Time Manipulation which he can use for three specific applications.


1. Time acceleration: He can accelerate time on himself to be able to increase his movement, combat and reaction speed by 2x, however this increase only last 10 secs after which is a 5 second cooldown period before he can use this ability again.
2. Time Deceleration: He can decelerate time all around the battle area and decrease the movement and combat speed of the opposition by 2x, however this deceleration only last 10 secs after which is a 5 second cooldown period before he can use this ability again.
3. Time Stop: He can stop time for around the battle area for 10 secs, during stopped time he can move but is unable to interact with his opponents. After time has resumed, their is a 5 second cooldown period before he can use this ability again.

Note: Only one ability may be activated at a time and each ability can be activated consecutively to each other but the cooldown period needed for ability reactivation will only pass when no ability is used. Each ability is also thought based.

His equipment is an AK-47, which has a bullet travel speed of 700 m/s and has a range of Hundreds of Meters. Each bullet that comes in contact with an opponent, will completely freeze that opponents movements in time for a period of 5 seconds. The drawback is that the weapon only comes with 200 bullets.



Geologist Nerd (Geo):
Geo gains the power of Matter Manipulation which he can use for three specific applications.


1. Gaseous Matter Manipulation: Can manipulate gaseous matter to manifest and utilize Fire and Plasma attacks. Fire Attacks takes 5 seconds to manifest and can travel at 2x faster than movement speed and has Tens of Meters of Range and Plasma attacks take 15 seconds to manifest and can travel at 3x faster than movement speed and has Hundreds of Meters of Range. Can be used without limit but must be deactivated to use other abilities and must wait the aforementioned time period before being able to use the ability again.
2. Solid Matter Transmutation: Can manipulate the solid matter of anything he touches, changing it into anything he wants as long as it's solid in nature and structure. The Transmutation is instant and only works on Non-Living Things.
3. Molecular Disruption: Can vibrate his own molecules to be able to completely phase through any and all solid objects and can also be used to completely disrupt and break apart the links between the molecules of anything he touches including opponents. Can only stay phased for 15 seconds and needs a 5 second cooldown before reactivation.

His Equipment is 25 Instant Kill Matter Destruction Bombs and the Range of the Bomb increases the lesser he has: 1Km with more than 12 bombs, 2Km with 12-7 Bombs, 3Km with 6-4 Bombs and 5Km with 3 or less Bombs. The Explosion of each nuke lasts for a minute. The travel speed of the Explosion of Each Bomb is 1.5x faster than the users movement speed and destroys all matter on contact and the explosion will not affect the user.

I wonder if I placed WAY too much details into this for a Fun and Games Thread 😅
I'm gonna be severely impressed if anyone can think of a clear winner with how specifically tuned I made this 😙
I made sure to account for every possibility and variable that could turn towards any outcome 🙃
And a personal congratulations to anyone who can figure out who the winner is 😌

Time dude wins for multiple reasons
If everyone tries to attack, he can just stop time and attack with himself, he can use declaration to slow down his opponents or their attacks, and use acceleration to speed up his own.

True he can stop time to avoid attacks but as I stated before in the OP, while time is stopped he can't interact with his opponents

He's only slowing them down by 2x 😗🙂 and besides, Astro can make up for this by Levitating as during levitation he can move at 2x speeds and as for Geo, he can just enter phase mode to avoid attacks

Then there is also the time limit 😂💀. Time can only stay decelerated for 10 seconds at a time while Astro can stay levitated for up to 5 mins and Geo can phase up to 15 so they can more than wait it out especially since they both have knowledge of the ability 😁

He can't stack his Abilities on top of each other and even if he did increase his speed, Astro could do the same for far longer with levitation and Geo could enter phase mode and wait him out

Yes, but here is the catch, his abilities are ann,thus it would be the best for the others to either team up with or against him.
If someone teams up with him, they can easily win against the other, then time dude would only have one to deal, increasing his chances of winning
But if they teamed up against him, he can just continue doing what he did till he tiers them off and finishes them

The others aren't aware of his weapon but they still have means of avoiding it

And Geo with Phasing/or he could react fast enough and catch the bullets and transmute them into marshmallows

He can either use declaration to slow down his opponents and shoot Ak, or stop time and shoot ak [I know he can't extract with them, but he can just stop time, get close to them and fire his shoots at point blank range] or accelerate his shoots so it will be hard for them to evade

I admit that seems plausible
Time accelerating or decelerating would most likely put the gun at 4x normal travel speed

But your forgetting two things
1. 1km starting distance, he'd have to choose one to go after first as he can't after both at once
2. Both are aware of his Abilities so if they can react fast enough Astro could teleport and Geo could Geo could use one of his Nukes to create a 1km radius explosive shield around himself
 
1K is plenty, the bullet would be capeable of easily overcoming such distance in 2 seconds at most, but he can accelerate his bullets at two times the speed, so they would have 1400m/s, so one second is enough, they would be barely react to one. Much less 50. He has 200 bullets which is plenty, he can also just make his opponent slower. But remember if the bullets touches them, they will get paralysed, they will be paralysed enough so his ability would recharge, while they are paralysed, he can stop time and shot them at point blank range, this they would have to deal with it, but they can't. While they are paralysed, it's game over. Knowing his abilities is better, because they would form three basic strategies to confront these abilities, all he has to do is create three counter strategies to counter them, if he starts with time stop, he wins, if he speeds up his bullets he wins, if he slows them down, he wins

For Astro, he's gonna need to try and stop him as if he gets off his wormhole, it will suck in and warp the hole battle area into space (in other words insta win)

For Geo, giving his plasma attacks move at 3x speed, he should be able to counter with Accel or Decel or Stop but Geo can spam unlimitedly
So the moment Story exhaust all his Abilities, Geo can range snipe with plasma attacks providing Story doesn't react fast enough

He just needs to decel the movement of air molecules when they get inhaled, shocking them, or decel the movement of light rays, thus they would see the world in Slow motion but their bodies can't react.
He can also stop the movement of molecules in air by time stop, thus stopping their supply their oxygen supply

What your saying COULD and most likely WOULD work out except for one thing. TIME STOP
The other two already know of this ability and have already prepared counter measures against it, even if they don't know what weapon he has or what it can do

At their travel speed, they both are aware that it would only take around 2 seconds to cover a 1km distance, which Story could easily do with Time Accel or Time Stop. Because both of them are aware that Story could Time Stop the moment the battle starts and then just use his radar to figure out their positions and run other to them while having seconds to spare.

If Story goes for Accel/Decel they are essentially dealing with a Bullet that moves 1400 m/s and have less than a second to react
If time stop they can assume that something is gonn be point blank range infront of them ready to strike them as soon as time starts

In Astro case he's immediately is gonna go for teleportation which only takes a thought to use and zero seconds to activate and execute, barely dodging the bullet by the skin of his teeth in either situation and then Story won't know where he is giving he lost his location and the radar won't work for another two minutes

In Geo case, He'll immediately go for Phasing to which is also thought based and phase through any potential harm and then to get some distance and breathing space, he could use 1km radius matter nuke to clear the area and since his own nuke doesn't affect him he can either hide in his own nuked space or use it as a cover/distraction to run outside and away undetected

Tho he can use it right after the bat, making the time of the activation of their technique slower, thus giving him enough time to react and form a plan. Phasing still remains active for 15 seconds
He can simply phase into and move under ground or use nuke to ward him off

Story stops time and shoots bullet from five different angles, the teleport guy needs to find a way to espace, but he is in stopped time, thus after time continues, he would be lucky to teleport away, but in any way he chooses would have a bullet waiting for him, the five initial bullets only make his choices of places less, but not zero, thus making him a bit more predictable. And remember, he has cool down, thus he teleports, saves himself, cool down and die by accel bullets. Or take the bullets and die
2- the phasing stays for 15 seconds, thus he can start with it, but story would use his abilities to make him busy, andbuse his phasing, all he needs is 15 seconds, he can buy the time by just running away from him, once it's finished, decel + 40 bullets, boom he wins

Whenever time is slowed down or stopped, all things compensate for each other

Otherwise people would die during time stop via organs not moving and breathing

1- he wouldn't teleport for three reasons. 1- He knows if he teleported, he won't use it for 5 seconds, a big draw back, thus he would try saving it for later, 2- if he teleports and arrived, he gets time stopped, thus he needs to teleport when time stop is finished and it's during it's cool down. 3- using a move like that at first is stupid, where would he teleport? To the air? To somewhere in 1KM radius so he just gets time stopped? His best thing to do is to teleport after the bullets gets fired, but let's say it's his first thing to do, he teleports somewhere, cool he us getting deccel+ 50 bullets, he doesn't have enough time to react, or accel + 70 bullets, he can't do shit. Or 100 bullet + time stop, 100 point blank range bullets, after time stop over, either use accel, or decel, dead.
2- matter dude is the worst, he can turn into plasma, after it he can just nuke it.

1- he wouldn't teleport for three reasons.
Enlighten me
1- He knows if he teleported, he won't use it for 5 seconds, a big draw back, thus he would try saving it for later,
He also knows that if he doesn't use it he could risk potential harm and he's also aware of Story abilities and cooldown lag so it's not spammable
And he also knows that Story can track his location with Radar

Knowing the possibility exist
That Story minght decide to go after him first
And also might decide to decide to use the radar and know exactly where he is
And might decide to Accel/Decel over and attack

Is more than enough reason to be cautious by teleporting from the get go and maintaining distance and hiding your location

Than to risk it all and wait and see what happens and hope and pray that Story doesn't go for speed blitz combinations

And being the case that they all had prep, knowledge of each other abilities and gifted intelligence. It's more than likely he'll play cautious than risky and go for Teleportation right away

The 5 second cooldown also wouldn't be an issue as he knows story would have to deal with his own cool down as well plus Radar Recharge
2- if he teleports and arrived, he gets time stopped, thus he needs to teleport when time stop is finished and it's during it's cool down.
Except story wouldn't know where to find him cause he's already used the radar prior
So even if Story Time Stop after he jumped, he'd be searching blindly and after time resumes he would have to wait out the cooldown, and Astro could use the opportunity to warp over and potentially finish him off before his cooldown elapses as the cool down only stars when no abilities are in use

So essentially
He uses radar and finds Astro location and uses Accel and rushes over, Astro warps away

He uses time stop consecutively and searches blindly for him finding nothing

Astral warps back after time stop and uses Levitation to give himself 2x speed to counter Story last option of Decel

After 5 seconds Decel stops and now Story is gonna have to wait out 15 secs of cooldown before he can use his Abilities while Astroy has Levitation with 2x speed edge and Range Spatial Sword Slice that also travels at 2x Speed

And even if Story is somehow successful in waiting in out
Astro can just warp back outta range and it would've only been like 45secs so the radar still wouldn't work
3- using a move like that at first is stupid,
It's even more stupid to assume your opponent won't go for their optimal strategy first and nor using your only counter on the get go
where would he teleport?
A building
An underground facility
A hotel
That bar in Vegas
The presidents underground bunker
In a lake
In a Trash can

Anywhere he knows Story won't be able to Scoop him out and is least likely to try and shoot at
To the air? To somewhere in 1KM radius so he just gets time stopped?
Doesn't matter. Story wouldn't know where to find him and would exhaust his time stop. Unless what your proposing is that Story can search every inch of a 1km wide radius FROM ASTRAL CENTER POINT in 10 secs
His best thing to do is to teleport after the bullets gets fired
He doesn't know about the gun, none of them are aware of each other's weapons

He's only aware of the Abilities and the Time Hax plus his speed is a deadly combination that he knows his teleportation is his only counter to

So why would save it for later?
, but let's say it's his first thing to do, he teleports somewhere, cool he us getting deccel+ 50 bullets, he doesn't have enough time to react, or accel + 70 bullets, he can't do shit. Or 100 bullet + time stop, 100 point blank range bullets, after time stop over, either use accel, or decel, dead.
All this is assuming the Radar is active at all times which it isn't. It's a one use 1 second notification indicator of his current location thing and then down for 2 mins.

Meaning if Astro jumps after he uses his radar, he won't know nor be able to tell where the hell is until the radar recharges and Astro will have plenty of time to wait out his 5 sec cooldown plus plan better for his assault

He doesn't turn into plasma
He can just utilize it omnidirectionally and complete versatility

Meaning he can use it to cover his body, shield himself, release plasma in omnidirectional manner to keep Story away and his bullets from doing anything

Or if that falls just use matter Nuke to send Story running and since the explosion itself last for a minute, he can sit safely in the explosion thinking of a plan or using it as cover to run of somewhere within or outside the 1km radius of the explosion
