Tetsuo can also absorb matter, like Lucy when she absorbed the computers at 60%. He even absorbed a portion of a ship, a stadium, a jet, and humans when he was High 6-A.

That was referring to his Multi-Continent level form, his Universe level+ form is Non-Coporeal and can do everything before to a far higher extent. There's also a ton of abilities missing, just as a prerequisite of being 4-D and creating a Time-Space in an alternate Universe.
