682 is a mess right now. I guess in his current EC page he just throws Tier 0 stuff at anyone he faces if provoked. His page is weird because it's like a composite page where he is assumed to do his best feats, without his weaknesses, since his feats based on multiple logs, but I guess page assumes it as its peak where he just enters into a sociopathic Tier 0 nuke mode if provoked too much lol

Pretty sure SCP will get downgraded and lose Tier 0 post-Ultima, though don't know where they will get downgraded to. Will Ark be downgraded post-Ultima?

Yes. I think the peak will still be High 1-A, but some things will go to 1-A and Low 1-A. We'll see.

Definitely no Tier 0s anymore, though.
