hello I am new to this so I would like to know what is morals off and on

and why do ppl go with IC battles and not bloodlusted I mean IC character one Can have advantage due to plot , why not bloodlusted and no plot playing on their favors

Also what is CRT and NLF ?

This varies from character to character. Morals can refer to a character like Batman, who prefers not to kill, so if Batman were to have his morals in a fight. He would not intend to kill his opponent.

I don't get what you mean by plot. Plus in character matches mean that characters would fight exactly the same way they would normally while bloodlusted characters mean that characters will go straight for the kill and use their strongest move.

For instance. In an in character match involving Saitama, Saitama won't go straight for the kill and just stand there, like he normally does. But in a bloodlusted match, Saitama would be very much willing to end the opponent from the get go, even if it doesn't match with his character.

Also what is CRT and NLF ?
CRT is content revision. Basically when you want to change info on the pages and wiki standards. NLF is no limits fallacy. This here explains it better than I could
