Nothing that complicated and just simple.

removing, Planet+, Possibility, and just straight-up 2-C. on Carrera profile, adding extra justification.
extra additional justification on Diablo's profile and the same would be for the rest of the Devil lords.

Technically, they are not on par with her, yet they can physically damage Velgrynd. Furthermore, Velgrynd thought their teamwork could work on Velzard, and they eventually obliterated her parallel existence with their maximal damage output.

Summary:
*All primordial demons on their Devil lord key would be 2-C
*The scaling chain should be done in another thread

This should work, but depending on the scaling chain, something like "at most 2-C" physically might make more sense.
