I guess, it's just FTL perception, Rimuru at this point hasn't reacted to anything FTL or moved FTL.

Also the FTL perception would only scale to Rimuru.

Is this statement hyperbole or anything of the sort?. Don't know the series so I don't know if it's characters don't blow their stuff out of proportion.

If what the characters say are legitimate then I'm fine with FTL attack speed.

Rimuru doesn't overestimate himself or act arrogant or anything like that, he is extremely cautious, downplays how strong he is and even thinks some of his abilities are dangerous and should not be used lightly
