Moon is this fast only when it comes to attack speed, her combat speed is in the billions

But even then speed should be equalized

I think that Usagi has got both rounds. She has the AP advantage and resistance to space-time attacks.

For round 2, she is even resistant to probability manipulation and is unkillable thanks to her regen.

On a side note, 100000 light years is 1% of TTGL's height.

TTLG is much, much faster than 7 quadrillion, that's it absolute lowest minmimum speed taken from its size alone. It's speed is not being calced because of cinematic timing.

SM is above quintillon in High 3-A because the villain of the 4th Arc has to counter a attack of the silver crystal at this speed
