Wouldn't Orson be giving her an all-you-can-eat darkness buffet if he starts using the Runesword and would otherwise be left haxless?
Also, even if slightly, Orson scales to a lower calc so he'd probably lose the 1v1, her being able to teleport also helps with that

Maybe I should have prior knowledge to Orson for a better balance?

Even if Orson knows to just never use the Runesword, I still think he'd lose as I addressed above
