Tendou Setsuna vs Rimuru Tempest

Somehow Tendou's profile seems incomplete, like what the hell is that with a 2-B who only got Universe Range? Also seems weird to see a character who got Conceptual Manipulation but not Existence Erasure.
Right now it seems like a stomp in favor of Rimuru.

He only scales to being able to harm ppl who are 2-B, so his range doesn't scale.
And existence erasure isn't a requirement to have concept manipulation.
And depending on what route Tendou is he stomps, well his profile is composite anyway so either way he stomps, he killed Tiamat.
Regardless not gonna comment anymore here due to not wanting to particpate in the Rimuru spam.

No Acausality, or defense against Time Manipulation/Time Stop.
Easy win or otherwise stomp for Rimuru with thought based Time Stop or Paradoxing (IIRC Causality Manipulation Resistance doesn't protect against that) or via Soul Haxing.
Raison d'etre would not be useful against Rimuru, since Rimuru resists info analysis, but Rimuru can analyse freely, so reactive evolution would probably make it rather one-sided anyway.
Also Rimuru's Mid-Godly... alongside both of them being able to tank each others' Concept Manipulation.
Even if Tendou CAN kill Rimuru, it seems like Rimuru got more possible victory conditions.

Yes, he cannot kill Mikami Satoru and seems to have no defenses against Soul hax whatsoever.
