Beating Molecule Man is such a massive outlier that it has no business being considered at all, universal feats or not. The dude's got 1-A powers, and Lifebringer Galactus said himself that Molecule Man was totally beyond his ability to oppose in any way.
This scan isn't a universal feat either, though it could make for some sort of reality warping (which he already has, but still) or fate manip.
