Dude minato whole combat system revolves around shunshin. He is one of if not the number one user of shunshin in the entire verse . Why would chakra coated kunai not work? It most definitely isn't going to work.

The rasengan is just worse, just look at the heavy damage it did to obito and the guy has higher ap than tenma, the rasengan also just violates you internally once it gets past your durability a bit. Read his ap section you'd see how it's rated to the level of sage mode.

It barely says anything about the rasengan's ap.

Minato has sealed something, a lot of things. Bro dedicated a large part of his time discovering sealing jutsu, heck he used one on obito. If the guy is proving difficult to deal with he'd just teleport to him and seal him

What did he use to seal Obito? And Tenma resist sealing as well

• Sense Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Energy Manipulation (Scales above Sakura who resisted the Seven Senses bind spell which binds the five senses, the target's consciousness, and the combatants entire reservoir of spiritual power)

It's both. His Shunshin prowess has been praised by pretty much all of his opponents (Obito, AB Duo) and allies alike (Tobirama) and is a point of focus and comparison for him and Naruto.

Idk which part you're talking about on the resistance page, can you paste it. And I don't see why Tenma wouldn't scale above those weaker than him in this aspect, it's just them resisting the sealing through their spiritual power which he has stronger spiritual power than them.

The verse works this way. You can read the Spiritual Power page to see SP generally allows characters to resists abilities or interact with them because they’re on the same level or simply have more power like the spatial resistance layers on page.

It's both. He uses both shunshin and flying raijin. And much stronger doesn't tell me anything, that's just an arbitrary value

You could choose to feign ignorance about this or you might genuinely not have watched Naruto. Either way my point still stands. He has used the rasengan to obliterate people comparable to him and tenma is weaker than him.

He used a contract seal on obito, coz that's what the situation required.

That's a basic line of logic applied to several verses with a UES. TSE has that and Tenma scales within the high tiers of it.
