Telekinesis and NPI

If the Telekinesis of a character can interact with energy attacks and beings (incorporeal) would it count as Non-Physical Interaction? Since the Telekinesis page defines the power as "the ability to affect physical objects via thoughts only"

"is affecting incorporeal beings non-physical interaction"

i dont think anyones going to care about a weirdly worded line in the telekinesis page, if anything once somebody does notice that line itll just get changed

The telekinesis page's wording is pretty vague. Considering that it's not always by your own physical thoughts, but sometimes you manipulate physical objects with your own energy.

if its energy then that would only be elemental intangibility which id think any tk user could affect

It wouldn't be Intangibility since the energy being doesn't have a physical body, the Incorporeality page states the following:
Being incorporeal is very different than Intangibility, as an intangible being's body is their true body, it just can't be affected by conventional physical forces. A incorporeal being does not usually have any kind of concrete, defined form, and can appear in many different forms if they wish, though the destruction of these bodies is of little relevance to the entity behind them.

didnt you say that incorp = no body and intang = untouchable body, so this would be intangibility, specifically elemental intangibility

No, an intangible being has a physical body which can become non-physical, an incorporeal being doesn't have a physical body and its existence is non-physical, and energy is non-physical as stated in the Incorporeality page

The Incorporeality page says otherwise: "...their true essence exists non-physically, whether as a soul, as energy, or as an abstract concept."

i think it means a more abstract energy, not literally plasma or whatever, thats textbook elemental intang, what exactly is this energy being make of, what energy

The page doesn't imply that, it puts energy and an abstraction as two different examples. It can't be elemental intangibility since that is the power to transform the physical body into a substance such as wind, fire or water, and if I'm not wrong energy isn't a substance. And the energy being can't be intangible since it doesn't have a physical body in the first place, its existence coincides with everything stated on the Incorporeality page
what exactly is this energy being make of, what energy
Cosmic energy

does this verse elaborate at all on what "cosmic energy" is?
