Low 2-C, i'll fix it

One question the guy said the dark stars are the strongest beings in the leagueverse, and they were kinda nerf to the ground from 1-C to 3-C even though in ashe page they say dark star lux can destroy galaxies with a thought that shouldn't be at least 3-B since 3-C is just galaxy level.
