Teemo fights a....cat thing?

Teemo had been out on a mission in the Underground to eliminate a monster with a very big bounty on his head, when along his mission he comes across a Temmie. A very annoying, and loud Temmie. It's threatening to give away his position. Showing no mercy to the poor little guy, Teemo goes in to take out the monster before his cover is blown.

Fight takes place in the underground with Teemo being in his recon gear, if that means anything. Temmie is only defending itself while Teemo wants to kill it. The winner is decided either by knock out or death. They all have their necessary equipment. Who wins?

I mean not really, Teemo is 5.6 kilotons while Temmie is stronger than a 2 tons character, its not that much of a difference
