Back after a brief break.
This is a thread to properly analyze the second (and more powerful) energy system in TBATE.
Credits to @Korf3ll . They did the heavy lifting for this thread. I just added bits and pieces to make it whole.
Before we go any further, I'm going to point out that I'm not knowledgeable on the exotic abilities listed here. If I get something wrong, just correct me.

What is Aether?​

Aether is the concentrated magical energy left behind by a living being upon death. It consists of the consciousness of the deceased and retains traces of their intentions.

The Edicts of Aether​

Aether is composed of three fundamental components:

• Space
• Time
• Existence (encompassing death, creation, and destruction)

The Nature of Aether​

Aether as an Abstract Force​

Aether is inherently abstract in nature.

Aether as a Concept​

Beyond its abstract nature, Aether governs every aspect of reality.

Aether as Information​

Aether embodies the collective consciousness of all beings that have ever lived. This shared consciousness serves as the fundamental building block of reality 1 2 3 4

Aether as a Reality-Warping Force​

Even the slightest manipulation of Aether can alter the very fabric of reality.

The Dual Nature of Aether​

Aether exists both before life and after death. It is both space and emptiness, embodying infinite and boundless time.

Aether as a Fundamental Law​

Aether is the governing law that upholds all of existence.

Abilities Granted by Aether​

• Abstract Existence (Type 1; Aether is inherently abstract.)
• Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2 – Space, Time, and Existence; In addition to being abstract, Aether governs all aspects of reality)
• Information Manipulation (Type 2; Aether consists of the collective knowledge, memories, and awareness of every being that has ever lived, forming the very foundation of reality)
• Law Manipulation (Aether serves as the fundamental law that maintains the structure of reality)
• Reality Warping (Merely influencing Aether is enough to warp the fabric of reality)

There would be a Verse Specific page showing all this. It won't be published now as it doesn't meet the five character requirements for VSPA. Here's a draft of it.
How would it be indexed?
Using Kezess as an example. He has these aether based abilities:

Time Manipulation with Static Void (Can stop time), Spatial Manipulation and BFR (Can easily teleport those around him to wherever he wishes)

His Time-stop would be treated as concept, info, law, reality manip based hax. Same with his Spatial Manipulation.

It doesn't qualify for IM 2, SInce it's in no way shape, or form proving that its "information" is a fundamental aspect, not to mention this
