Tartaglia upgrade

In the “Labyrinth Warriors” event, Paimon refers to Tartaglia as the strongest member of the team, which would include Inazuma Traveler. So I suggest upgrading his Fontaine key from 7-C to 7-B. This also includes Clorinde, as she scales to base Tartaglia.

given the event also takes place in 2.2 where:
Traveler has alr beat the eye of manifestation in both 2.1 world quest and actual thunderbird in 2.2 quest with the latter being actual 7-B char this is absolutely fine, never saw the likes of alhaitham cyno and natlan cast being superior to childe and clorinde that far
