So idk nothing about WuWa but for those who knowledgable about WuWa, can y'all explain about Jiyan's Aero Manipulation? Can he manipulate that thing named "Frequencies" And that "Sonoro Spheres"? (And is that Sonoro Spheres is even Combat-Applicable)

I don't see his "Resonator Physiology" can win against Tartaglia's standard Abyssal Energy which is all of them are passives.

Tartaglia also has a better LS and Stamina so i don't see wheres the WinCon for Jiyan, so its kinda a stomp right here.
