Idk what venom can do here, Their practically the same in AP and LS. Tanjiro is more mobile, Has better stamina, Smarter, Has better range and versatility, And has RPL, Awakened power and Rage power. Venom's regen gets negated by his Dance of the fire god. Yes only his dance of the fire god techniques can negate venom's regen but he'll likely use it once he sees venom regeneration from everything he uses.

I don't see why he can't, He's aware that its in his arsenal and he'll find out soon enough none of his attacks are working on the venom, he'll resort to Hinokami kagura because its the strongest thing in his arsenal.
