• Attack Reflection - Is he just reflecting attacks by parrying them with his knife or what? Parrying an attack shouldn't really count.
• Spatial Manipulation - No idea how that's spatial manipulation.
• Conceptual Manipulation - Ditto!
• Life and Death Manipulation - Seems questionable!

You can clearly see the distance between him and the clones, and the fact that he didn't move from there quite makes sense that he ignored the concept of distance.

Spatial Manipulation- If you say so, but tell me what is that then.

Conceptual Manipulation- The official guidebook stated that he reached then out of his range. Also, you can't see any signs of air when he executed the slash. (Also note that this Danganronpa, where the impossible is possible. So,...)

Life/Death Manipulation- If you look at the pics then it's like this, but if u have another name, feel free to tell me.

I agree with Promestein.

This and this make the distance cutting attacks look a lot more like just slashing shockwaves. In the first place, you never assume something is conceptual manipulation unless it is stated to be that.

The "cuts things apart and then they reattach" thing could be various. The "the cut was so level"-thing here seems to indicate that it just has something to do with sharpness. Otherwise this is some limited form of healing, as long as nothing else is said. The best thing to do is just to write "Can cut apart humans, so that the parts reattach upon falling back on the body" on the profile.

I also agree with Promestein and DontTalk. From what I see, they're just impressive sharp cutting skills with incredible speed. Nothing near on the level of those hax.

I think that it's some form of high level healing, considering the fact that she should have died since her head did get cut. And yeah, that's also impressive cutting skills, along with at least high level Healing.

I doubt about high level healing expectially when it's come from cutting skills. if he has healing from just wielding knife, he should also heal himself or others by just slash them too. I think that it's something like "cutting skills that sharp and fast enough to make body of target didn't even realize that itself was cut" or something like that.
