How do we call the power of an incorporeal being to take a physical form?
This is neither possession nor avatar creation.
A spiritual entity becomes physical, entering a body that didn't exist before.
The only things I can think of are a combination of creation and possession, or even a particular form of body control.

I think that actually does fall under avatar creation. The true form of the character is still incorporeal, with the physical form just being an avatar. The incorporeal thing being inside its avatar doesn't fundamentally change that.

I believe we treat this as Avatar Creation. At least that's how it is for one of the verses I know.

Thank you both, I always thought that Avatar Creation required the avatar to be remotely controlled, while the actual being is elsewhere.

Also, if the body dies but the spirit survives, do we count it as Immortality type 2/7/? or just as it returning to its origibal state?

Is not necessary Avatar Creation is the same entity is its own new body, most of the time is not. You may say that is Creation, as the character create itself a body to inhabit.

That's what I thought but when I was doing a revision that involved characters manifesting physical forms for themselves to fight as, It was dubbed Avatar Creation.

What about if the characters are turning their very consciousness and energy into a physical body?
