Since this isn't his operation where he'd fakely defeat Omnidroid, and he's got prep AND prior knowledge, what is stopping Syndrome from just using his restraining device on Ultraman and/or Luthor while Omnidroid beats their asses? The latter can deal with people at his level of strength and only a guy like Mr. Incredible was able to escape an earlier version of it, while to defeat its latest version, several individuals - most scaling to his level - were needed, so it is not unreasonable to say Omnidroid can deal with whatever combos Luthor tries to do with someone ~1.2x weaker than him

Ultraman is Class G LS, plus he can fly. He'd outstrength its forces.

I believe Ultraman would absolutely mog Omnidroid but I'll get into that later.

The latter can deal with people at his level of strength and only a guy like Mr. Incredible was able to escape an earlier version of it, while to defeat its latest version, several individuals - most scaling to his level - were needed, so it is not unreasonable to say Omnidroid can deal with whatever combos Luthor tries to do with someone ~1.2x weaker than him

Firstly, The Onnidroid's actual normal AP is >High 8-C (8.9 tons). It gets a bonus to its Claws for piercing damage. That being said, its piercing damage is simply just on parr with Ultraman, which means it will likely not dent him after 5 tries. And the fact he upscales his value, being stronger than Superman ever so slightly. Ultraman would tank any normal attack from Omnidroid because they're only High 8-C and he can easily endure its piercing attacks for a while since they're just as strong as his durability, which again he upscales from.

Secondly, Mr Incredible CANNOT be compared to Ultraman in any regard. He's being led by The Genius, Luthor and Mogged Superman in combat, and Superman is skilled in his own right. Id say Ultraman outskills The Incredibles on a whole.

Thirdly, what stops Ultraman from using his Class G LS to do exactly what Mr Incredible's did and rip its limbs off? Im sure Luthor and his team would zone in on Omnidroid, detect its weakpoints and act on them to bring it down. He also has heat vision which it in itself is an immediate threat, because its hot enough to melt steel, which means its gonna steam through its hull and destroy its main interface. To make matters worse, he has xray vision which allows him to see through its hull, which would be broadcasted to Luthor, who would give him the permission to attack there. Its adaptive intelligence helps not a bit if its at a major disadvantage.
