These higher spatial/temp dimensions are all apart of the multiverse and that is what is being destroyed which is why the feat is rated high 1-B. The monitor sphere domain exists above this per multiversity map. Destroying all of Creation statements mean nothing after tier 2 without concrete contextual evidence.
