Usually, it's listed resistance to Extreme Cold and Cosmic Radiation
I've seen Extreme Cold be listed as Heat Manipulation and Ice Manipulation interchangeably. Which one is more correct?

It would probably depend on the method used. For instance Saten from Needless induces extreme cold by absorbing heat from the surrounding area, while The Thing resists extreme cold by just surviving in the arctic for thousands of years. Linking to Ice Manip is probably good enough for surviving the cold of space.

Actually, DontTalkDT made arguments against surviving in outerspace actually being that impressive. Outer space doesn't have air or better yet conductivity, meaning there's nothing to extract heat from your body unlike cold air, ice, or liquid nitrogen. So it's not like Ice Manipulation in that regard.

Ok, then what is it? Just Cosmic Radiation? Regular cold? No cold whatsoever and just Cosmic Radiation?

I don't know about cosmic radiation and might need to hear that from some Calc group members, and Self Sustenance type 1 is a definite for those who can survive in space. But it's not really resistance to cold or ice manipulation.

Vacuums also do all kinds of horrible things to your body. Bursting organs, boiling blood that kinda stuff.
