As we know, Huge jacked man is comparable to the real wolverine from the surprise attack page(for some reason I cant copy a link with highlight in it but its there on the attack potency) and Harley Ken has comparable speed to Harley Quinn.
In part 17 of the Unknown superheroes, we meet Gopu, who stated he can do anything that Goku can, which should put him about large star level/Galaxy level to Low Multiverse level depending on which version of Goku we use, but since we see him in super saiyan, we can only assume that he is at least from the frieza saga, hence being large star level/Galaxy level.
And we see Backshots tank the Ki blast Gopu shot at him and was left completely unharmed, putting him, or at least his durability to at least large star level. And surprise attack managed to defeat him with just one attack, which should make his AP/DC/power/strength at least large star level.
