As the title suggest, this thread is to grant Supernatural Willpower to Numbered Weapon Users and Kafka
Why?
Because, in Chapter 59, using a Numbers Weapon is dangerous because of the extreme physical toll it has on the body that it can completely overwhelmed any normal person that try to wear just the parts alone. Juugo stated that this is the terror that accompanies all Numbers Weapon. So people who are able to to perfectly use Numbers Weapon without problem like Gen Narumi and Isao Shinomiya would get Supernatural Willpower
Kafka would get it as well since Reno stated just before being overwhelm that the feeling is what Kafka has been contending with all the time with his transformation
