I will vote for the Kingdom Come one because he one-shotted New Earth Superman, while the All Star one still has shown feats on the level of the New Earth one... yeah, he should be stronger but we don't know by how much.

I'll go with Kingdom Come. He has actual feats proving that he's way beyond Post-Crisis Supes. All-Star is only has statements and is basically featless in comparision.

The true debate though, is which has the better story. For that, I'd say All-Star.

His strength increased 3x at the very minimum.

He's absorbed enough power from the Sun to gain a high resistance to Kryptonite, just like Kingdom Come.

Casually does this to Samson's arm, who is comparable to his pre amp.

So he does have feats proving he's leagues higher, not just statements.

But i still have to go for Kingdom Come Superman.
