Pretty sure this is a complete AP Stomp, if Clark hits Sephiroth even once the battle is completely over. Even with speed equalized he doesn't have any counter to supermans Super Breath, Freeze Breath, or Heat Vision. He could freeze him into a block of ice and obliterate him into tiny pieces with a punch or just incinerate him off the face of the earth, and if Sephiroth tries to get in CQC, Superman punches him into bloody paste.

Sephiroth is > 4.22 foe. To become Solar System level, he'd have to be at least over 5.3x stronger than he is now.

Even then Supes is 615 kilofoe into 4-B.

So Supes is like hundreds of thousands times stronger.
