Far greater than 473 tons, and they have grenade eggs that are even stronger than that.

Supes is 1 Kiloton in AP, and can tank 896 Tons without damage.

And Banjo & Kazooie's magic is non-combat applicable; at least, in terms of using it offensively. So most of their attacks will do minimal damage to Superman, bar maybe grenade eggs

I'm going with inconclusive. Supes probably does have the AP advantage but it's not massive since Kazooie's grenade eggs are far above the 473 tons. However, Supes can't really beat the regen and the eggs will do damage but probably not enough to overwhelm Superman trying to beta the regen... which he can't really do

Banjo also has options that aren't entirely based around AP. Ice Eggs can incap, the magic wrench can hold Superman in place, and Superman can't punch past Wonderwing.
