Superman Vs Captain America, Iron Man (Hulkbuster), Thor, The Hulk, The Vision, Black Widow, Hawkeye, The Falcon, The Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and Ant-Man.

If Thor can manage a full-powered lightning bolt straight on Supes, the MCU side can win. With Hulk annoying Supes with his constant wailing and Wanda doing...whatever dances she does to slow him down, along with Antman getting in his ear somehow via Quicksilver (assuming he doesn't turn to paste at that speed while tiny), Iron Man shooting stuff and everybody else doing something. It could happen somehow.

The thing is, all the Marvel heroes are incredibly weaker than DCEU Superman. He could literally one-shot all of them.
Their only advantadge is number and Scarlet Witch, but even them... I'm not sure her spells would have that much effect.

Thor was completely helpless against her mind control. While Supes is defenceless they throw a nuke at him, or something like that.
She doesn't have to get close, she was controlling a bunch of people in Sokovia from a distance

But SW is normal human outside of magic, and her mind control isn't instantaneous.

Superman uses his superior stats to take them all out. SW doesn't have the reaction speed to take out Supes, and he'll be done with his only "threats" (Iron Man, Thor, and Hulk) before she can do anything.

So just equip Vision with super flashlight powered by arc reacter to make Sup blind or always close his eye then let vision slower rape his ass

with out prep and planing time Avenger will have hard time and must depend on luck
Even Comic version of Avenger will have hard time on any version of sup .and Cinimatic version is even weaker than comicversion so all is on luck LOL

^comic iron man is FTL in speed and star lvl in AP, he alone would solo the entire DCEU+MCU as they are currently...

Cap, Black Widow, WS, Falcon and Hawkeye are completly out of place here. Quicksilver is just slow compared to Supes and Ant man is only a very durable insect against him. So the fight is more or less Superman vs Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Vision and Scarlet Witch. The only way the Avengers can win, is by attacking him all together at the same time and we dont even know if thats enough. Perhabs Scarlet witch can weaken him via her mind controling powers, if she gets close enough, but I dont think she would. Furthermore, she is a glass canon and useless in close distance or unprotected.
The fight: Thor, Hulk, Iron Man and Vision attack Supes directly and first overwhelm him, until he fights back. He flies in the air and throws Thor and Hulk into some buildings, while ripping appart Tonys armor. Vision attacks him with his energy beam and Supes uses his heat blast, while throwing Iron Man to the ground. The full blast overwhelms Vision, but before Supes can punch him, Thor throws his hammer at him and Hawkeye attacks him with some explosive arrows. The attacks does nothing, but buys enough time for the Hulk to jump, grap him and throw him at the ground. Scarlet witch throws some cars at him, Thor uses his lightning, Hawkeye his arrows, Vision his energy beam and Iron Man his repulsor blast. But now he is realy angry and directly attacks the hulk, with his superspeed and flies with him through multiple buildings (The Hulk is probaly KO after this). Thor throws his hammer at him, but Supes just punches it away and punches him throgh multiple buildings. Tonys suit is quickly dismantelt and Veronica is destroyed by his heat blast. Quicksilver trys his luck, but Supes easily dodges his attacks and throws him away. Now Vision attacks him and through his density manipulation he can avoid all of Supes attacks, but at last supes heat blast brings him to the ground.
