I've been wondering if there is any limits about normal humans being superhuman in a verse. For example, DC has Supersonic and Wall level normal humans, Starbound has High Hypersonic and MCB humans and Touhou has Light Speed and possibly Island level humans.
However, is there any unwritten limits about this assumption? Even if a feat is consistent, do we accept 2-C Immeasurable normal humans (I have legit seen this before)? I mean the idea that AP =/= DC can help fix issues like "Why aren't cities being blown up all the time if everyone is 7-B" but still.
