Book of the End does actually rewrite the past, it was used to rewrite the past of Ichigo's Bankai being destroyed so that Orihime could negate the damage done to it - but the only way it incapped in the series was by implanting fake memories so that the others won't hurt the BoTE user (blanking on the name) - which won't work on Reinhard.

The Book of the End also allows for power null via past manipulation as seen with Byakuya, in short what it does is rewrite the past and the user can even go back at a point of the opponents past to study powers with them and render them ineffective against the user. don't think it would change a thing since longinus would still be a 1-a construct and no amount of learning would make anyone immune to it. if anything, inserting himself into reinhard's past and making oneself reinhard's friend would make him all the more eager to fight you and reinhard would also know the extend of rei-o's power, in which case hes probably getting the spear earlier than latter

its like, making a 6-B base Yhwach fight someone,. but letting him to open his eyes and become 5-B , or making 9-A Batman fight someone, but letting him to stomp his enemy with 4-B weapons and armors,or making a 4-B Thor fight, and letting him to use God Blast and Termo Blast, etc


if the guy ALWAYS uses his 1-A hax and AP spear,why don't you put his 5-B key against other 1-A's?

yet, people still make fair 6-B Yhwach matches, by restricting his allmighty

same goes for 4-B Thor and his 4-A Attacks (they simply get restricted in 4-B matches)

so how is this Rein any different?

I don't see notable matches with his restricted ver on his profile tho. And maybe it is because Reinhard doesn't have other actual weapon or fighting style besides his 1-A toys so they normally don't restrict those

The 3-A Reinhard is the closest to full power Rein and he has passive 1-A Law Manipulation and becomes a 1-A in like 10 seconds.

As for the part about banning his powers, thats dumb and its dumb to do it to any character on the wiki, restricting a characters powers and abilities is dumb and makes the fight pointless since if you have to restrict a characters abilities for the fight to be fair the fight shouldnt happen.

Also iirc matches where you restrict powers arnt supposed to be added and basically become illegitimate.

Umm... this isn't true.

You can create a battle with restrictions to abilities, but those battles won't be added to the profiles.

Also, the examples you listed are kind of reaching.

Yhwach "opening his eyes" literally boosts Yhwach to another tier - it isn't a weapon that he can use in every tier like Reinhard.

And Reinhard's weapon is the spear - that's what he fights with. Batman making 4-B armors are extra accessories that Batman sometimes uses if needed.

Those aren't really comparable.
