It ain't since the dimensions are compactified in infinitesimal (planck-sized actually). However, if it used the brane cosmology then yes, it is High 1-C.

I don't think they are relevant though...
In layman's terms, since the higher dimensions are small, they don't extend like our dimensions (the standard 4-dimensional spacetime), which means they don't have qualitative superiority over our dimensions.
So if there's a verse that adapted string theory and there's only one universe, I don't see a reason why it would be higher than Low 2-C.

Yeah, that means the universe is the subset of the brane itself, that previous closed and curled extra dimensions becomes opened and extended within the brane.

The brane model as far as I'm aware only makes the extra dimensions becomes extensive (from closed to opened), so no. Say, if the brane contains 7 dimensions in total then yeah it is 1-C, 5D is Low 1-C and so on.

And iirc this theory have 2 version, either it is small, compactified and curved on eachother or the normal 3 dimensional normal human saw is just a 3d slice of a 11 or 10D dimensional super universe
