Sheer versatility, larger moveset, more hax, and Stonewall Durability all tip this in Knuckles' favor. And while he won't use any hax quickly, he'll start doing so once the battle drags on for a little too long.

And it doesn't help that Pikkon downscales from Janemba by a fair bit on top of that, shrinking any AP advantage even further. Leaving him no effective way to deal with Knuckles aside from brute-forcing it, which wouldn't work before Knuckles inevitably tries something that snags him a win.

Knuckles has my vote.
