Hmm...from what I can tell from Wu's profile i dont see things working out well for him. The Outsider can just stop time, use his Fate Manipulation to link Wukong's fate with something easy to kill, and kill it, which would in turn kill Wukong. Also i'm not sure Wukong can permanently kill an abstract being...

Sun Wukong should have High-Godly Regenerationn. Plus he is 2-B so he roflstomps this guy.
This is Boosted (High 3-A) Wukong, not Buddha (2-B) Wukong

Sun Wukong, Infinite Speed counters timestop, unless he can't harm beings that are Incorporeal, I don't really see The Outsider winning this

After checking Fate Manipulation, The Outsider could just change fate to where Wukong loses, the only one that could win would be 2-B Wukong

How so? Also there were powers that werent added to the Outsider's moveset beforehand, he also has Petrification, Precognition, Duplication, Mind Manipulation, and can impose his will upon inanimate objects (Which may or may not work on Ruyi Jingu Bang).

The only hax Wukong actually has is Paralysis that only works on lesser beings, not ones comparable to himself...

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Energy Manipulation/Light Manipulation, Flight, Shapeshifting, Cloning/Multiplication, Size-Shifting, Magic User, Invisibility, Teleportation, Paralysis, Weather/Wind Manipulation, Immunity to Fire and Water, Barriers, Can Break any Lock, Resurrection (One life for each of his 72 transformations) , Immortality (Types 1 and 4, unable of being killed by the Jade Emperor), capable of seeing through any disguise, illusion or Transformation

How would cloning, immortality, and resurrection help Wukong beat an incorporeal, abstract being with precognition, time manipulation, fate manipulation, and mind manipulation?

What magic does Wukong have that could affect the Outsider? The Outsider has precognition, he would see what Wukong is going to do before he does it. The Outsider has mind manipulation, he can literally transfix Wukong and pacify him, making him a harmless and easy to dispose of target. The Outsider has fate manipulation, he can literally link Wukong's fate with an ants, then crush that ant, killing Wukong in the process. The Outsider has petrification, he can just turn Wukong into a statue. There are so many ways for the Outsider to take Wukong down but no ways that Wukong can kill the Outsider.
