lets say a character is tier 8 but summons a dragon that is tier 6, does this scale to the character for example. 8-C and 6-C via summoning. if thats the case shouldnt certain characters have these added to their profiles.

summoning animals scale to character tiers?

This somewhat makes sense. Like some profiles have characters who's magic abilities can be 6-B or 6-B via enviromental destruction.

Generally one can list those as extra stats as long as the summoned beasts obey. Mentioning all stats of the summoned being in an extra key is probably better because the other stats of the being also matter to how useful it is.
Something like teleporting in another character shouldn't be listed like that, though.
It also is sometimes meaningful and sometimes not to list them. For example it doesn't make sense to list the stats of summoned beings on the profiles of blood signs summoners, since every summoner is theortically capable of summoning every summon.
For more fleshed out summoned beast a seperate profile is often better, while writing on the characters page that they can summon those and then keep the stats seperate in order to keep the stats easy to read. (I mean for 6 summons you would need like 6 keys to list the stats and abilities of the beings, that is just impracticle)

As DontTalk said, an extra key is useful if the summon is minor or unique to the character, since that way you can add any powers/abilities the summon has to that key. If several characters can summon the same things it's easier to make a page for the summon. Blood Sign' Materials and Legions from the LN Chronicle Legion are good examples of this.
