Giving this to Iron Man. While Bats has the slight ap advantage and dominates CQC, Iron Man just has way better range and a more versatile arsenal, plus his suit should give him protection from the fear toxin. Only thing I see that working out for Batman is the ability to hack Tony's suit which I'm not sure about.
