No, it allows him to know how and when his opponent dies as well. Also if skull crushing is the best he scales to, then Zero has a huge AP edge

Not sure how much AP that is, but in case this isn't a stomp, I'm voting Zero via insane Precog and skill advantage.

This should be a stomp. As shown in the casino section, he can rewind at will, so being incapacitated shouldn't be a problem.
