#1: Andre The Giant
In his Prime he was Undefeated for 15 straight years. Beat Hulk Hogan multiple times and it wasn't until he aged more that he Canonically Lost for the First Time in WWF. Even at Old Age he beat Bret Hart Clean and even The Ultimate Warrior Clean Live on Television (yes, that event was Televised in Italy) which no other Wrestler can claim to have done. This is why I believe Andre The Giant is the Strongest Wrestler.
#2: Bruno Sammartino
No explanation is really needed here. His 7 year long WWF Title run speaks for itself. He was heavily protected and rarely ever Lost Clean. Just like...
#3: Roman Reigns
While his Title Reigns hasn't been quite as long as Bruno's, to have a reign like this in the Modern Era is completely unheard of. Although he does have a bit of backup to help him, until he's officially defeated he'll stay up here.
#4: The Ultimate Warrior
While he isn't as accomplished as Roman or Bruno, he is a multiple times IC and WWE Champion and he only has 1 Clean Televised Loss (which I don't think was shown outside of Italy).
