In Hololive, probably A-chan due to her position. Other than that, it's either Calli, Towa or Ina though I'm not sure what Ina's lore is. Coco and Noel might count too. In Holostars, probably Oga since he was part of a military.
From Nijisanji, idk, there's a fuckton of them. Maybe Joe Rikiichi because we live in a society. Or Debiru. There are also actual gods like Fumi so probably them.

Calliope and Kiara since both are comparable to each other. They've both repeatedly stated that they've fought together numerous times in their past. Kiara's most potent feat is burning down Hololive HQ, but other than that, Calli's just very haxed. Amelia could potentially **** up the timeline via a chain reaction, but it's unknown to what extent, and it definitely would not get around Calli's Abstract Existence. That being said, she did manage to capture all of them and put them in containment units in the first collaboration so-....Ina, I wouldn't say is very powerful, but AO-Chan definitely is. We just don't know a whole lot about them, other than they can bonk you to the void if you're being an ass in chat. I'm sorry, Gura... an apex predator in this lineup, you are not--...
