I'm pretty sure higher dimensional or beyond dimensional resistances count as being a smurf because if they weren't then I'd recommend Reinhard's Einherjar for their tiers.

Basically my point is that due to the potency being "spread out", every person is being attacked with mind hax that has "one person" potency. In that case Brunhilde's resistance would work.
If the mind hax can be focused on a single person it would work though
Inconclusive is a maybe because Kaliber doesn't want to lose her toy, but at best Lich is trapped in an endless cycle where he eternally suffers a painful death
