Conceptual manipulation can bypass mid-godly. Now, if you say Redge's concept manip isn't very good or doesn't involve total destruction of a concept...then that's fair.

But generally CM (Type 3 and higher) can indeed bypass mid-godly. which doesn't mean much here cause Redge would still have to get past tier 2 immortality.

No, conceptual manip doesn't bypass Mid-Godly. Conceptual destruction damages beyond what Mid-Godly can heal, so it doesn't even bypass it but overtax it, but saying conceptual manipulation in general bypasses Mid-Godly is a huge no.

No. Even leaving aside the whole "overtax vs bypass", which IS semantics, the premise being debated (Concept Manip Type 3 > Mid-Godly) is wrong.
