Speed equalized: I'd lean towards Guile due to superior AP and Durability.

But since it doesn't seem like speed is equalized, Stroheim blitzes and with his AP considerably close to Guile's I'd say that helps him alot. I doubt Stroheim's arsenal can harm Guile but I think it'd help a little.

This should be taken down, Guile can't hit stroheim, but Stroheim can't damage Guile that much.
