Pretty fun matchup. Unfortunately I believe Destroyman just wins cause of higher AP, as Stroheim upscales from baseline (2 tons), while Stroheim slightly downscales from 7.95 tons. Furthermore, I just can't see much of an advantage for Stroheim, some of his weaponry is completely ineffective against non-vampires and the rest is virtually the same as Destroyman's (Powerful crotch weapon, weaker but still useful hand-mounted weapons), but Destroyman has more (Small AOE electric blasts, shockwave manip, slightly better agility, actually useful SoL attacks).

So I'm voting Destroyman
