What are the advantages?

I summarize Luffy leads with Battle experience, combat creativity and willpower to overcome injures to continue fighting.

Well Izuku has precognition in this key. But that's really his only advantage, and Luffy has accelerated development but I don't really know how fast it happens.. Since neither of them are really hax oriented fighters, and those are usually the fights I enjoy debating in, I don't know how to really answer you. I was just gonna let some randos debate over it :/
 
This is a stomp... Luffy is near immune to all of Deku’s attacks and gear 2 speed amp completely blitzes
 
doesnt luffy is like far more skilled that deku and has some absurd shonen stamina so i am voting luffy
 
If this is acceptable I'm voting Luffy via Range, Better Experience, Better Endurance, Near immune to mostly all of Deku's attacks, Speed Amp, Versatile and Combat Genius

You cant blitz him because speed is equalized and luffy cant ap anymore because he alredy starts with his best amp

2nd gear luffy is a Speed Amp... Speed Amp works in speed equalized link

🤔 that's only in Ap... luffy in paramount war is Massively Hypersonic+ (Faster than before), higher with Gear 2nd ... 🤔 I think speed Amp still works since we are using this profile

Deku can't predict luffy. Also I was saying while he was cought luffy has range and body control which would make him squeeze out. Also it's a stomp because of speed blitz with 2nd gear, Two with true precog and much more can't keep up with gear 2nd and completely blitzed them (also Stomp because Luffy resists all of Deku's attacks)

I was unaware it was a stomp, If it wasn't I'd add it myself. But it's a stomp apparently, and won't get added anyway.

Nonono, Luffy starts with G2 and Deku starts at 45%. That means that G2 and 45% are equal in speed, since it's speed equalized. Not like it matters though Luffy stomps.

But isn't that only with Gear 2's ap... Gear 2 is a speed Amp.. Which I don't think can be equalized 🤔
