You dont gain speed from that if thats what you imply with it, their resistance and thats if it is taken as legitimate

I just think Ingrid didn't want to keep them frozen as well, or they were unfrozen because they were transitioning back into the main universe.
I think they're talking of the moment after Ingrid leaves through her portal, when all the NPCs that helped the Player find the Monoid, had their memories erased. However, it's later stated by a Monoid that it's an action they consciously do, so I believe they just wanted to leave the Player's memories to him.
It's when the Player meets Bosch's soul in the parallel world where he meets Ingrid for the first time. I don't think it's a case of NPI, but just weird time-space shenanigans. Just like being suspended in gravity, it doesn't inherently prevent you from moving, he was just floating around.

The game's got no lore, the quotes are extremely generic and the endings tell nothing, it perfectly matches the soup of nothing that the whole product is.

I just couldn't find any outright evidence that her human projections do live forever, instead of thousands upon thousands of years.
I interpreted Rose's statement not as something preventing or blocking her from seeing Ingrid's future and past, but those not actually existing since she just doesn't see anything in them.
